Wakil Menteri (Wamen) Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), John Wempi Wetipo, soroti pembebasan lahan Hunian Tetap (Huntap) dan validasi data penyintas bencana di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Hal ini terungkap, pada Rapat Koordinasi Khusus (Rakorsus) Pelaksanaan Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Pascabencana Sulawesi Tengah (Sulteng), yang digelar Kamis 27 Mei 2021 di Ruang Polibu, Kantor Gubernur Sulteng.

Rakorsus PUPR itu dilaksanakan, untuk menindaklanjuti hasil audiensi Bupati Donggala, Kasaman Lasa dengan Menteri PUPR, pada 20 April 2021 lalu, yang membahas tentang hunian tetap para penyintas di Donggala.
“Ini sangat penting. Karena sampai hari ini, kita belum mendapatkan validasi data warga terdampak bencana yang lebih akurat,” tegas Wamen John Wempi Wetipo.
Dari semua hasil audiensi itu, katanya, kemudian dirinya bertemu khusus dengan Wamen ATR BPN, membicarakan pentingnya merekonstruksi kembali penanganan pascabencana Sulawesi Tengah yang terjadi akhir tahun 2018 silam.
