Akibat terlibat peredaran Narkoba, dua oknum Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Kota Palu ditangkap oleh aparat satuan Direktorat Reserse (Ditres) Narkoba di jajaran Polda Sulawesi Tengah. Kedua PNS itu ditangkap bersama 65 orang lainya sepanjang operasi Penyakit Masyarakat (Pekat) digelar pada bulan Ramadhan 1442 H.
Tidak dirinci identitas siapa oknum kedua PNS itu. Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Direktur Reserse Narkoba Polda Sulteng, Kombes Polisi Aman Guntoro kepada jurnalis, mengatakan, bahwa kasus narkoba ini terungkap pada operasi Pekat yang digelar periode 13 April hingga 7 Mei 2021, terdapat 36 Laporan Polisi (LP).
“Jumlah kasus yang diungkap sejak awal puasa sampai saat ini sebanyak 36 LP dengan tersangka sebanyak 65 orang, 59 pria dan enam wanita. Dua dari 65 tersangka itu diketahui adalah oknum PNS,” kata Aman Guntoro, Sabtu 8 Mei 2021 yang dikutip dari Sultengterkini.com.
