Jembatan permanen sepanjang 70 meter dan lebar 6 meter yang menghubungkan jalur ke akses Huntap Pombewe, Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah, telah selesai dibangun dan resmi difungsikan, pada bulan Maret lalu.
Pembangunan jembatan ini merupakan bagian dari penanganan pemulihan konektivitas ruas jalan Non Nasional yang masuk dalam program Rehabilitasi dan Rekontruksi (RR-02) pascabencana yang dibiayai oleh WINRIP IBRD LOAN No.8043-D.
Pembangunan struktur jembatan Pombewe ini, turut dibangun bersama 28 box culvert dan perbaikan ruas jalan Non Nasional sepanjang 32,74 kilometer yang tersebar di wilayah kabupaten Sigi yang rusak akibat bencana gempa bumi yang terjadi pada 28 September 2018 silam.

Pada akhir tahun 2019 lalu, anggaran RR-02 infrastruktur jalan non nasional pascabencana untuk Kabupaten Sigi sebesar Rp 73,33 miliar yang dibiayai oleh WINRIP IBRD LOAN No.8043-D, yang digunakan untuk beberapa kegiatan seperti pembangunan jembatan, perbaikan box culvert, pelebaran jalan, menambah lajur, pelebaran jalan menuju standar, rehabilitasi/rekonstruksi jalan, dan pemeliharaan rutin jalan.
Paket program RR-02, yang digarap oleh PT Widya Sapta Colas – PT Sarana Mukti Putera Sejati KSO dengan total kontrak senilai Rp73.335.407.000, menggunakan metode penganggaran system kontrak tahun jamak atau Multi Years Contrak (MYC) dan dibagi dua tahap penganggaran yaitu untuk tahap 1 pada DIPA Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2019-2020 dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp28.872.592.000, kemudian tahap II pada DIPA (TA) 2020-2021 sebesar Rp57.200.000.000.

Kepala Satuan Kerja (Kasatker) PJN wilayah I, Andri Irfan Rifai, melalui Eko Prasetyo Galih yang menjabat sebagai PPK 1,6 mengatakan untuk penanganan paket RR-02 meliputi Jalan non nasional wilayah Kabupaten Sigi, terutama jalur Palupi – Simoro, Kalukubula – Kalawara, Biromaru – Palolo & akses Huntap telah tuntas dikerjakan, meskipun ada beberapa titik item pekerjaan yang masih perlu pembenahan.
