Sejumlah masyarakat Desa Kayuboko, Kecamatan Parigi Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, berharap pemerintah segera membuka kembali lokasi pertambangan. Selama ini, akses tersebut ditutup dengan alasan ilegal dan mencemari lingkungan.
Kepala Desa Kayuboko, Rahmad, didampingi ketua lembaga adat, Ansar Talede, dan ketua Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), Moh Ma’Arif menjelaskan bahwa penutupan tambang dilokasi itu sangat berdampak serius bagi ekonomi masyarakat di tengah wabah pendemik melanda saat ini.
