Kepolisian Daerah Sulawesi Tengah melalui Biro Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) menggelar Sosialisasi Program Bangun dan Bedah Rumah bagi personel Polri Polda Sulteng bekerja sama antara Polda Sulteng, BRI, BTN dan DPD REI Sulteng, pada Kamis 01 November 2020, di Rupatama Polda Sulteng, Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Mantikulore, Kota Palu.
Sosialisasi tersebut secara resmi dibuka oleh Kepala Biro Sumber Daya Manusia (Karo SDM) Polda Sulteng, Kombes Pol Drs. Harry Haryadi yang juga didampingi Karo Log yang diwakili oleh Kabag Faskon, AKBP Kariyono, ST.
Dalam sambutannya, Karo SDM mengatakan bahwa kebutuhan rumah merupakan kebutuhan pokok yang perlu direalisasikan mulai saat pertama menjadi personel Polri, sehingga tidak terlena sampai menjelang pensiun belum memiliki rumah pribadi, dan sesuai dengan Program Prioritas Kapolri, Jenderal Pol Drs Idham Azis, M.Si yaitu mewujudkan SDM yang unggul melalui kesejahteraan personel Polri.
