“Kita fokuskan pembagian bantuan sembako ini untuk masyarakat yang terdampak covid-19, masyarakat miskin, disabilitas, stunting, pemulung dan pekerja yang di PHK yang sangat membutuhkan,” jelasnya.
Dijelaskan Irvan, bantuan sembako ini bukan menggunakan APBN. Bantuan ini berasal dari sumbangan sukarela yang dikumpulkan dari seluruh pimpinan, dan staf BPJN XIV Palu dibawah naungan Kementerian PUPR.
“Jadi bantuan ini bukan berasal dari APBN. Bantuan ini akan kita distribusikan ke semua daerah di Sulawesi Tengah secara merata. Harapan kita agar bantuan ini dapat meringankan beban masyarakat di Sulawesi Tengah yang terdampak covid-19,” tandasnya.
