Pembangunan infrastruktur guna menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Poso, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, yakni penggantian Jembatan Maliwuko masih menyisakan pekerjaan rumah.

Pasalnya, penggantian jembatan Maliwuko yang dikerjakan oleh CV Citra Maroso senilai Rp 3 miliar lebih itu dipastikan meleset dari tenggat dan tak akan rampung sesuai dengan kontrak.
Meskipun arus lalu lintas masyarakat yang menghubungkan empat Kabupaten di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah itu semakin padat menjelang akhir tahun yang hanya menyisakan dua bulan lagi.
Awalnya penggantian Jembatan Maliwuko yang dihelat Balai Pelaksana Jalan Nasional (BPJN XIV Palu) melalui Satker SKPD-TP Dinas Kimpraswil Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah itu untuk melancarkan arus lalu lintas saat menyambut perayaan Natal pada Desember dan tahun baru 2019 mendatang.
Adanya rekayasa lapangan dan kaji ulang desain (review desain) yang turun ditengah proyek sedang berjalan pada penggantian jembatan Maliwuko merupakan bagian penting menuju Penanganan secara optimal dari sisi mutu, biaya dan waktu. Kendala penanganan yang di review desain itu sehingga progres berjalan lambat.
Saat dikonfirmasi beberapa hari yang lalu Kasatker SKPD-TP Dinas Kimpraswil Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Bambang Razak, melalui PPK -TP 01 Koridor Tumora-Dlm Kota Poso-Tagolu, Asliawati Azri memilih irit komentar.
Namun, ia mengaku ada terjadi kendala yang dialami pada proyek penggantian jembatan Maliwuko sehingga berdampak pada capaian progres saat ini.
“Memang sempat ada kendala sedikit karena review desain. Tapi setelah persetujuan review desain. Sudah dilanjutkan kembali dan sesuai action plan” katanya melalui pesan tertulis yang diterima Koran Trilogi belum lama ini.
Asliawati Azri yang baru menjabat sebagai PPK -TP 01 Koridor Tumora-Dlm Kota Poso-Tagolu yang menggantikan posisi Mamat Zeni Prasetya itu mengaku optimis jika capaian progres bagian utama pada penggantian Jembatan Maliwuko yang dibiayai oleh APBN itu akan rampung pada bulan mendatang.
” Pertengahan November pekerjaan struktur utama in shaa Allah bisa selesai ” singkatnya melalui pesan elektronik yang dikirim kepada Koran Trilogi, Selasa 8 Oktober 2019.

Sebelumnya hasil penelusuran kami dilapangan, sejumlah pekerja dari pihak rekanan pemenang tender Jembatan Maliwuko dengan nomor kontrak HK.02.03/PGTJBT.M/Bb14SKPD-TP/PPK-TP01/02 dengan total nilai kontrak Rp3.327.840.000 itu sedang bekerja dalam tahap perakitan besi untuk abutmen jembatan. Jika dipaksakan dengan memperhitungkan usia beton Jembatan dengan sisah waktu dua bulan terakhir, Sudah dapat dipastikan proyek yang dibiayai oleh APBN itu meleset dari tenggat.
Lambatnya progres penggantian jembatan Maliwuko di Kabupaten Poso akibat review desain yang turun ditengah proyek berjalan yang kini mengisahkan waktu dua bulan kedepan, otomatis akan mempengaruhi kondisi arus lalulintas di kawasan tersebut. Pihak pengguna anggaran dituntut untuk mendesak pihak penyedia jasa menambah tim pekerja dilapangan sehingga capaian progres penggantian jembatan itu akan fungsional kembali.
