Kejaksaan Tinggi Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Rabu 26 Agustus 2020 akhirnya mengumumkan tiga orang nama sebagai tersangka dalam perkara suap pembayaran eskalasi hutang Jembatan Palu IV yang nilainya mencapai miliaran rupiah.
Hal ini terungkap dalam konferensi pers yang digelar digedung Kejati Sulteng yang dihadiri oleh Assisten Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi, Edward Malau, serta beberapa orang penyidik umum yang menangani perkara tersebut.
Setelah melalui serangkaian panjang dalam menangani perkara untuk menemukan dua alat bukti, penyidik akhirnya menentukan tiga orang nama sebagai tersangka atas kasus ini.
Diantaranya berinisial ID dan S dari birokrat Pemerintah Kota Palu dan NMR dari pihak swasta atau rekanan dari PT Global Daya Mandiri (GDM)
